The Corporate and Special Projects Department (CSPD) handles referrals involving corporate and commercial transactions of the Firm’s clients, and other referrals which do not fall within the scope of services offered by the Firm’s other practice developments. The Firm’s CSPD has handled large and complicated corporate transactions for local and foreign clients since the Firm’s inception in 1972, and has been recognized internationally as an expert in the corporate, banking, finance and securities fields, among others.
