PRACTICE AREAS:

GLENN C. AQUINO has been ACCRALAW Davao's litigation and dispute resolution monitor since 2001.  He joined the firm in 1996 immediately upon passing the bar examinations, and right at the time when ACCRALAW established its Davao offices.  Apart from litigation and dispute resolution involving civil, torts, criminal, negligence, products liability, intellectual property, telecommunications, corporate, banking, mining, insurance, family and other special laws, Mr. Aquino's other special fields of practice areas contracts, legal audits and due diligence work, estate settlement and planning, intellectual property rights protection and enforcement, as well as corporate litigation and rehabilitation.
 
EDUCATION/ACADEMIC ATTAINMENTS:

Mr. Aquino holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from the University of the Philippines-Diliman. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 1995. 

MEMBERSHIPS:

He is an active member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, the University of the Philippines Alumni Association (UPAA), and the University of the Philippines Law Alumni Association (UPLAA)-Davao of which he is an officer.  He was among those who advocated for and caused to be established the University of the Philippines-Mindanao Foundation.  In 2006, he was elected as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Ateneo De Davao Alumni Association, Inc.
