TRANSACTIONS/CASES HANDLED:

Ms. Tysmans-Clemente served as a resource person for the committees that prepared the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of 2004 and the Special Rules of Court on Alternative Dispute Resolution.

She also has extensive exposure in a variety of cases involving energy contracts, aviation, anti-money laundering, intra-corporate disputes, insurance, construction related disputes, estate settlement, family law, and criminal law.

Ms. Tysmans-Clemente obtained her JD from the Ateneo de Manila University. She also holds a BA in Political Science, Minor in Hispanic Studies, from the same university, where she graduated honorable mention.
