Client Development Committee

The Client Development Committee is a standing committee headed by the Partner-in-Charge of Client Development as Chairman.

The Team
Its members consist of:

• The Chairman 
• The Managing Partner
• The Co-Managing Partner
• The heads and representatives of the Firm’s practice departments

Its policies and plans are fleshed out, implemented and monitored through the Director for Client Development.

Functions and Tasks
The Client Development Committee is tasked with these major functions:

• Marketing
• Business Development
• Corporate Image Enhancement
